Cyberia Increases Capacity By 20%
York, PA -- March 26, 1998 -- Cyberia Communications, Inc. announced today that they have expanded the capacity of their Internet servers by 20%, bringing the total number of available phone lines to 273. This is the second time this quarter the company has increased their capacity. In January, Cyberia's customer growth warranted a 14% capacity increase. Cyberia's staff works extremely hard to insure that their customers have a reliable connection to the Internet, without busy signals. Peak usage hours (8pm-10pm) are monitored closely so that additional phone lines can be ordered as needed.
"We have a very straight forward policy on busy signals" says Adam Viener, President of Cyberia Communications, Inc. "If our customers start getting busy signals, we start adding more lines."
