On behalf of our entire team, I am pleased to welcome you to D&E SuperNet.

I want to begin by expressing my personal and sincere respect for Cyberia, for the service they provide, and for the terrific team they have assembled. We are delighted that our two outstanding teams (D&E SuperNet's and Cyberia's) are joining forces. Together, we will continue to provide the level of service you have come to expect, and also plan to enhance those services and add new features and capabilities in the future.

Initially, the current Cyberia team will continue to provide your service as they have always done. Over the next few weeks and months, we will work together to integrate the D&E SuperNet and Cyberia network and service capabilities. Throughout that process, we will keep you well informed of our plans and progress. Once the integration is complete, we plan to start a new division within D&E SuperNet to focus specifically on the needs of our business clients. Currently both Cyberia and D&E SuperNet provide these business services, and the new division will be responsible for enhancing and expanding these services to meet our business members' growing needs.

As with any transaction of this nature, there are always questions and concerns. We probably can not address all of your questions in the context of this email, but we can address three of the larger concerns...

• First we have no plans to change your email or web addresses and you may continue to use the same email and web site addresses that you are using today.

• Second as part of the integration process that will take place over the next few weeks and months, there will be some pricing adjustments. In most instances prices that D&E SuperNet currently charges are lower than prices have been at Cyberia, so we expect that most, if not all, price adjustments will be to lower rates.

• Finally our commitment is to provide outstanding service and support. We are committed to reliability, performance, and customer service as our top priorities.
