Shelley joined Cyberia Communications in November of 1996 as a
receptionist, and has since been promoted to sales. She is a native of Southern York
County, and enjoys both the Baltimore and York cultures.
Shelley spends her free time traveling, reading, and camping. Her favorite past time is spending time with her family.
