York, PA -- December 2, 1998 -- Cyberia Communications, Inc. announced today that they have agreed to sell their business to D&E SuperNet.  The Cyberia team will remain on board with the new company and after facilitating the integration of Cyberia's customers into D&E SuperNet's systems, they will form a new division focused on helping businesses better utilize the Internet.  Some examples of services that this new corporate Internet services division will provide include direct network connections, professional web site design and hosting services, eCommerce, Internet application development, database programming, and online advertising.
