She comes to visit 1 or 2 weekends a month . "Neither Catamart or Balzenet delivered what their advertising promised,high speed connects, reliable access and strong customer service. Both were less expensive than Cyberia. We have learned, through these two experiences, that the price of the service is not the best way to decide on a service. A service that cost half as much as Cyberia is not worth it if you can not get a connection when you want, at the speed you want. This is especially true when the customer service is not informed or helpful."
